he is awake
I got to see his eyes. It was killing me to not see his beautiful green eyes. To see him in there, to know that my husband and the love of my life was still with me. When he told me he loved me I was overjoyed.
The doctor's woke him up and he is doing well. Still in ICU he has pneumonia, his lungs are a bit flat at the bottom from being on the ventillator, he also has two blood clots in his lungs. The doctors hope to move him in the next couple of days to the PCU wings. We have a long road ahead of us. He is weak and tired. He is still having a few seizures. Not bad ones, but still having a few.
Please continue to pray for the doctor's to have wisdom to know how to treat his seizures and that he will continue to improve.
I fear the unending seizures will come again. I pray that they won't.
Thank you for all of your prayers and kind notes.
until next time........

Marlo, I am so glad you got to see him awake and heard his voice. I will keep holding you up in prayer ruthann
Be strong, for yourself and your husband. You will get through this tough time, your life will have sunshine again.
It must have something to do with faith because your blog showed up on my free patterns favorites - I was looking for hat patterns.
My room mate and I have been going through a lot of injurys and sickness but nothing like what you are going through. You sound like a strong woman and you have faith - I will say a prayer for your husband and one for you.
You and your dh have my prayers. I hope they are able to keep the seizures under control. (((hugs)))
Marlo, your husband and you will continue to be in my prayers.
I keep checking in because I am concerned about how things are going with your husband. I know the last thing in the world you want to do now is blog so I will just keep you two in my prayers.
